For a 2.0l hdi it is about £200 to have the nozzles modded by an American company called DieselDynamics. How i understand it is that when you get your car remapped they will change the injection duration(amongst alot of other settings) to increase the fuel being injected into the cylinder, doing that has its limits because once you go past a certain point the fuel that it being injected cannot burn properly because of the amount of time it is taking to get it in there.
By fitting bigger nozzles you are getting more fuel injected but in the same duration so more fuel = more power.
It is well known in the Tdi clubs that nozzles can increase power. I think Lars fitted a set once and the gained an extra 20-30bhp with no other mods.

There is no need to raise the turbo pressure as this wont give you any gain alone, diesel engine rely on the fuel for power.
You wont find any on ebay they have to be done by a specialist, i think there is a place in Italy i will try to find the address for you, but as your engine is still pretty new there might not be alot of people who can help you.
I can only really speak for the 2.0l engine because i have done alot of research into tuning it. If you Email this company- http://www.tdi-tuning.pl/ and ask for his advice on tuning your car before you remap it he will probably know alot more than me, I will be using that company once i have fitted all my extra bits to the car, he is very well known and highly thought of in the Tdiclub.

No its ok, i will help as much as i can, i think you should try to get an intercooler and induction kit sorted for your first job then get it remapped. It will be alot faster once you have done that :)
Then in the future if you want to go further there might be more info out there for you to have a look at.

It could possibly just be the map that is different then. If you can find someone who has a 110 on here then maybe you could compare. I know that the older 2.0l engines had the turbo controlled by the ecu on the 110bhp plus an intercooler.
Yes you could get a bigger intercooler, where is it positioned? Have you any pics of the engine?

Is the intercooler visible next to the radiator through the bumper?

The only difference between the 2 is that the 110hp edition has a larger turbocharger with variable geometri. Of course the mapping is also different.

The 110hp comes both with and without FAP, the 90 doesn´t have FAP.
